Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • The Product Management team works in close collaboration with internal divisions and teams Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Client Services, Content, Product and Technology as well as with our clients to contribute to and deliver the roadmap for the S&P Global platform capabilities.
  • As Associate Product Manager, you will work with your team to create the best possible product for our client. Key activities include:
  • Creating user stories and wireframes
  • Supporting product testing
  • Answering client questions from customer support and maintaining product help and launch materials;
  • Contributing to data analysis of usage data, user feedback, enhancement requests and market monitoring in order to inform product roadmap
  • Support for research projects

What we re looking for :

Basic Qualification :

  • BA/BS in finance, business, mathematics, engineering or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum preferred
  • Ability to understand technical product challenges and contribute to defining and communicating solutions
  • Strong problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
