Greetings from Acentering HR.!!We have a vacancy with one of our US Based ITMNC client in Ahmedabad. Please find below the JD for the role ofAssociate Project Manager with one of our clients inAhmedabad.Designation: Associate Project ManagerLocation: AhmedabadQualifications/Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (Non-technical)
  • Freshers or candidates who are having experience or interest in similar kind of role (preferred)- Candidate Project management/market research/client services/business development/business analyst/business operations
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal communication
  • Strong computer proficiency Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving/trouble-shooting and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Must be open to work in 24X7 environment (including night shifts)
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure clear communication and outline of project requirements and timelines with other teams that are related to complete and successfully deliver project.
  • Ensure that clients need and project objectives are consistently met.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans thus ensuring project assigned is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Perform Customer Relationship Management and Team Work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teams.
  • Cost confirmation and Invoicing.
