Job Description

Ours is an engineering firm established in 2008 to serve diverse industry sectors like Dairy , Food Processing , Pharmaceutical , Chemical, Beverages , Brewery etc We offer a variety of solutions to better serve the needs of clients. We are Turnkey Project Executor, Process Engineering & Automation Solutions and Services provider. We execute full range of engineering solutions. ATMAN provides engineering solutions that encompass various stages of plant life cycle.

Position : Sr. manager - Sales

Qualification : BE/B.Tech - Any Discipline

Or MBA

Location : Reporting Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : Min 10 years in EPC project. Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales team management.

Management of Tendering process team.

Allocation and monitoring of overall as well as individual KRA for sales team.

Preparing sales collateral like Presentations and Brochures for the regional sales.

Evaluating the competition and Positioning of our company.

Planning the job winning strategies.

Evaluating the Existing market and New Markets.

Customer Relations improvement.

Advertising and Presentations. Presentation and review of Annual sales Plan.

Frequent visits to regional customers.

Implement sales promotional activities as a part of brand building/ market development effort. Identify and network with prospective clients, generate business from the existing accounts and achieve profitability and increased sales growth.

Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets. Identify key/institutional accounts and strategically secure profitable business.

Participate in project tenders floated by prospective clients and negotiating with the clients for securing the project.

Liaison with various agencies for approval of product for technical suitability.

Network with the project team to ensure effective delivery of project solution keeping in consideration the pre - discussed parameters.

Skills Required:

Should have inclination towards sales. Should have proven abilities to work as team leader. Should have knowledge of interfaces with other engineering disciplines in carrying out day to day work for providing /receiving/ reviewing the deliverables at various stages. Work experience in EPC project environment is must.
