Back Office / Data Management- At Least 1 Years Experience - Verification role o Verify all the documents of Users. o Update the details on portal. o Follows up with Users with regard to their approval and maintenance status (send reminders for annual update, etc.) o Keep track of all Users details. o Prepares verification update on monthly basis. o Provides support for mailings and other communication activities. - Back end role: o Support other teams (internal and external) with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.) o Maintain files and records with effective filing systems. o Supporting administrative staff. o Preparing reports on daily basis and updating them on a regular basis.,
