Job Description

    We are searching for a talentedBancassurance Sales Manager to join our dynamic Banca Channel team within the Branch Banking Department.What youll do:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and their teams.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Banca Channel.
    • Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert leads into closed deals.
    • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for bank personnel.
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Support the achievement of departmental and individual sales targets.
    What you bring to the table:
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Banking, Insurance, or Investment domain.
    • Strong knowledge of various insurance and investment products, including their features, benefits, and target audiences.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
