Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bid Manager to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid management and a proven track record of successfully managing tender processes. This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 12,00,000. As a Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by leading the bid process and ensuring that our proposals meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the end-to-end bid management process, including planning, preparation, submission, and post-bid activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the tendering landscape, including e-government and e-governance initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with all bid requirements and guidelines, while maintaining a high standard of quality in all submissions.
    • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication throughout the bidding process.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of bid documents and requirements to identify key opportunities and challenges.
    • Utilize GIS (Geographic Information System) tools and techniques to enhance bid proposals and presentations.
    • Monitor and report on bid performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bid management and tendering processes.
    QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience in bid management or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of techno-commercial aspects of bidding and tender management.
    • Proficiency in GIS and its application in bid processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
