We prioritize sustainability, excellence, and collaboration At INI Design Studio.Role Description:The primary responsibility of the position of Office cum Construction Site Work in Gujarat (Civil Engineer- Planning and Billing) should have experience to perform various Construction Project Monitoring, Controlling (Documentation), Scheduling, Project co-ordination. Planning, Billing, Construction Supervision, Quality and Workmanship of Executed work at the project site, to ensure the construction of the project is executed by the contractor/s in accordance. with Standard Operating Procedure, drawing and specifications as per contract documents. You will work under the firms leader for construction services, or a site leader appointed for the project, following established guidelines.Qualifications: Masters/ bachelors degree in civil engineering with minimum 3 Years of experience. Strong passion towards Road, Infrastructure and Buildings. Project Monitoring, Scheduling & Controlling of overall project. Execution checking in terms of Quality and Workmanship. Excellent creative thinking and design ability with project and design cost implications. Measurement and Bill checking in all respects. Project co-ordination with the site team and site visits as and when required. PMC related site documentation. Technical ability: - knowledge of grading, slopes, levels, design, detailing, drafting tender specification and general construction process. High level proficiency with Auto CAD, MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. Superior research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Broad knowledge of the profession and related disciplines,
