Job Description

Manage the business relationship between Exide Life Insurance and Identified Business Partner(s)

Productivity of the Channel Partner as per the set business norms.

Managing Partner Sales Training and Business Processes

Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)

Relationship Management

Support day to day operation of the sales

Managing Agency Development managers, FCs, Agency Managers, PFCs and advisors.

Motivate team to achieve their goal sheet and earn Incentives.

Involve in team building and regular monitoring of team required.

Managing sales and sale related activity in the channel with in the state.

Channel Support and Sales Process Management Manage sourcing, processing and issuance, post issuance customer issues (if any)

Manage financials of relationship, including support meeting of financial targets, sales promotion activities, support timely and correct commission reconciliation
