Job Description

    > A Branch Manager will be handling Loan Against Property (LAP) focuses on driving sales, managing teams, achieving targets, and building customer relationships for mortgage/LAP products, requiring BFSI experience, sales skills, and market knowledge, with roles varying from sales-focused to credit/underwriting, often requiring leadership and business development acumen for both secured & unsecured loans. > -Key Responsibilities> Sales & Business Growth: Developing strategies, meeting targets for LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured/unsecured loans.> Team Leadership: Managing sales teams, training staff, and driving performance.> Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.> Market Analysis: Monitoring trends and competitor activity to find opportunities.> Credit & Operations: Handling credit underwriting, risk analysis, and ensuring smooth branch operations, depending on the specific role (e.g., Branch Credit Manager). > -Typical Requirements> Experience: 3-8 years in the BFSI sector, with prior experience in mortgage/LAP sales.> Skills: Strong sales management, leadership, business development, and market knowledge.> Education: Any graduate, with an MBA or relevant certifications being advantageous.
