The candidates must be a good performer.CTC : Up to 12 Lacs plus incentives.Location : Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Gurgaon and NoidaExperience : Relevant experience in Life insurance sales is required. At least 2 years experience needed in Team Leading in an Agency Sales role.Candidate must be stable and have all performance sheets with them to prove themselves.Age : Up to 40 Years.Qualification : Graduate, preferably MBARole: The Branch Manager will be required to get life insurance policies sold through a team of Agency Managers. These agency managers will have a team of Agents under them.Branch Managers role is a non-sourcing role. The candidate shall be required to lead a team of Agency Sales Managers. Joint field work may also be required to establish leadership.
