Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our esteemed Branch Banking Department at Indias Leading Bank.As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our valued customers while driving sales of core retail liability banking products.Key Responsibilities:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through proactive communication and personalised service.
    • Identify and understand the financial needs and goals of HNI clients, offering suitable banking and investment products to meet their requirements.
    • Drive sales of retail liability banking products, including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and other investment products.
    • Provide expert advice on various banking and investment products, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the HNI client base and achieve sales targets.
    • Effectively manage HNI portfolios, monitoring investment performance and providing regular updates to clients.
    • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience of 2 to 6 years in core retail liability banking sales.
    • Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in HNI portfolio management.
    • Strong knowledge of investment and banking products, including mutual funds, insurance, equities, and debt instruments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
