Job Description

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand recognition, engage consumers, and drive growth.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement brand strategies to meet company objectives- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels- Create and manage marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including packaging, advertising materials, and digital content- Cultivate relationships with media partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered)- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to think creatively and strategically- Proficiency in market research and analysis tools- Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
