Job Description

    Applications are invited for the position of a Brand Manager for our client who are a leading FMCG Brand across India and based out of Ahmedabad.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our brand to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy and Management
    • Develop and implement the brand strategy to enhance brand awareness and market
    • Manage the brands image, ensuring consistency in all communications and marketing
    • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and
    Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
    Product Development
    • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new products align with the brands identity and meet market demands.
    • Provide input on product design, packaging, and pricing
    Sales Support
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and materials that support brand initiatives.
    • Provide training and support to sales personnel on brand guidelines and product
    Budget Management
    • Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget constraints.
    • Track spending and ROI to ensure maximum efficiency of marketing
    Stakeholder Management
    • Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align brand strategy with business objectives.
    Performance Analysis
    • Analyze brand performance metrics, including market share, brand equity, and customer
    • Prepare regular reports on brand performance and present findings to senior
    • Implement , Analyze & Create efficient system run daily operations in coordination with various department ,internal & external stake holders
    QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree or MBA is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role. Experience in FMCG is a plus.Skills:
