1. Job Role: BU Head B & F vertical 2. Designation: VP- B & F 3. Location: Ahmedabad 4. No. of years of experience: Minimum 25 years- preferred in contracting/infrastructure companies, handling the responsibilities of P & L. 5. Qualification : BE- Civil . Any Management qualification will have an added advantage. 6. Key Responsibilities: As described below. Key Responsibilities Sl. No. Description 1 Formulate vertical strategy with COO and select appropriate operating model for own vertical 2 Participate in project budget & annual budget exercise and review Y-o-Y variance in budgets allocated to projects 3 Check MIS reports to monitor performance of projects in own vertical in terms of quality, timely delivery, client satisfaction, safety adherence, budget etc. 4 Meet top clients on regular intervals to seek feedback on project progress 5 Analyze vertical trends, competitor strategy etc. along with COO to finalize business goals and increase market share 6 Enable a culture of process innovations through implementation of leading practices, automation, efficient resource utilization, cost optimization etc. 7 Provide inputs for formulation of procurement strategy, evaluation of vendor/ subcontractor performance, dispute resolution etc. 8 Guide project teams in smooth execution of project closure through timely handover, bill preparation and project debrief 9 Visit sites to oversee the execution activities and ensure compliance to SoPs, defined guidelines and applicable regulations 10 Ensure adequate staffing as per department budget ,assess technical competency of existing employees and develop capability through focused training programs 7. Reporting: Chief Operating Officer (COO) 8.
