We are currently looking for Business Analyst / System Analyst with a verifiable track record of managing IT projects (specializing in Web and mobile apps) . This role also demands the candidate to interface directly with key stake holders of our US & Australia based clients and work alongside our Project Manager & development team. Responsibilities: Responsible for Pre- Sales & Post- Sales operations like initiating the communication with clients, requirements gathering, analysis & documentation, then providing effort & cost estimations. Responsible for business requirements elicitation, interviews, user interface mock- ups (prototypes) , review of existing documentation and information Collaborate with project manager / assistant project managers to verify and finalize requirements. Responsible for creating user interface prototypes, work flow diagrams, use cases, UML diagrams, business rules identification, conceptual/ logical data model/ documentation, business/ system architecture diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Requirements verification and validation using prototyping, and testing scenarios. Responsible for creating Requirements Specification Documents and Functional Specification Document and their management throughout the SDLC or Agile Methodology. Keeping track of the Change Request (CR) raised by client along with their estimations. Follow continuous improvement approach on improving documentation & processes at all levels. Must Haves for consideration Examples of user- flow diagrams, site maps and/ or wireframes Examples of 4 URLs and/ or mobile/ social apps with summaries of responsibilities on each project Examples of written project scopes, business requirement specification, technical documentation, or other related content Superb communication skills (preferably US or UK accent) Creative eye for design Highly organized and great attention to detail Can do attitude, willing to go the extra mile,
