Job Description

    Roles and Responsibility:- To achieve client acquisition targets monthly and quarterly.- Generate leads & identify decision makers (Sr. HR team) within targeted leads and initiate the client acquisition process- Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking.- Conduct initial screenings and evaluations of potential clients to ensure they meet our quality and service standards.- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure competitive rates and favorable terms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, accounting and finance, to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.- Monitor Client requirements and address any issues or concerns that may arise.- Continuously evaluate and improve Client acquisition processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for client acquisition.- Maintain accurate records of Client information, contracts, and communications.- To be an interface between the Client and internal Recruitment teams to ensure that the Client receives the best possible service from the company.- Ensure that all payments are collected as per the companys payment terms.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in business administration, or in any specialization or a related field.- 6 months or 1 year of experience in Client acquisition or a similar role.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proven track record of successfully identifying and onboarding new clients.- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
