    1. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving sales growth.
    2. Your responsibilities will include: Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and approach potential clients, including architects, builders, and high-profile individuals.
    3. Maintaining Existing Clients:
    4. Maintain our relationships with our existing clients offer them our new products.
    5. Relationship Building:
    6. Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
    7. Sales Presentations:
    8. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
    9. Business Development:
    10. Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships.
    11. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market segments.
    12. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.
    13. Customer Support
    14. Provide excellent customer support and address client queries and concerns Requirements
    Education:
    1. Bachelors degree Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development,
    3. preferably in the lighting industry/Freshers are also eligible to apply.
    Skills:
    1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. o Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
    2. Self-motivated and results oriented.
