Job Description

    Exciting New Opportunity - CSB Bank is hiring Business Development Executive CASA.Job Purpose:To promote products and services of the Bank, with an aim to achieve given target, by direct and indirect sales/marketing. Identify and utilize opportunities to cross sell other products of the BankFunctional Responsibilities:
    1. Be responsible for sales and marketing of Current Account and Savings Account. Achieve assigned targets, maintain Fund Value and Cross - sell other products.
    2. Conduct market research, including area mapping, to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, existing customers and leads provided by the Bank.
    4. Plan and organize meeting with potential clients, evaluate their needs and achieve sales of products and services of the Bank.
    5. Help branches to plan and conduct customer meets.
