Job Description

    Role Overview: The Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, product demonstrations, and driving sales for Iolite Softwares. The role also includes supporting marketing efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, email, etc.).Client Communication: Engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.Sales & Growth: Drive sales to meet company targets, expand the client base, and present software solutions. Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Product Demonstrations: Showcase software products to prospects via online demos.Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to achieve goals. Reporting: Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.Qualifications: Education: Graduate (preferably in Business Administration or related field). Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), inside sales experience, customer service, and basic computer skills. Experience: Prior sales experience is a plus.
