Job Description

Job Summary :

Business Development Manager is involved in developing marketing approaches/campaigns to get various software projects from the international Market in various technologies. Increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for outsourcing business. He needs to find/develop potential new customers and manage existing clients by presenting new solutions. The work is often challenging, varied, and exciting. May perform pre-sales duties with the preparation of proposals and client demos.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to Involve in the full life cycle of Project management, it starts from generating lead through various strategies to analyzing project requirements planning, evaluating, implementing, testing, and closing the project.
  • Responsible for generating business through bidding portals, cold calling, email marketing, social media marketing.
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of short and long term strategic business goals.
  • Analyses market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and balance strategic and tactical issues.
  • Establish appropriate remuneration levels and performance-based conditions for the business development team.
  • Responsible for communication with the client and maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing clients.
  • Coordinating with the project manager and Development Teams.

Education and Training:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, MBA in International marketing

Skills and Abilities :

  • Having excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to strike a conversation and build rapport with international clients.
  • Incumbent needs to be enthusiastic, who displays ownership of work, discipline, and perseverance at work.
  • Strong negotiation skills for effective deal closure.
  • Should have the zeal to work in the global scenario.
  • International client calling experience and technology background is a plus.
  • Proven 5 years of experience in Outsourcing business from the International Market.
  • Must have demonstrated track record of meeting revenue and new client acquisition targets over the years
  • Strong communicator with a flair for building relationships, Strong grasp of strategic selling processes
  • Dynamic , Self-starter, aggressive, result-oriented,numbers-driven, detail-oriented
  • Team player with persuasive skills in soliciting and obtaining the support of various stakeholders inside Sapphire
  • Reporting about the Day-to-day Progress to the Management.
