Job Description

    Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. One must have experience in researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop and execute our business strategy. One must have at least 3 years of experience with IT Service provider company. Requirements Key Result Areas:
    • Assist in creating executing strategies for business growth
    • Achieving sales targets of company for assigned segments
    • Creating new channel partners and business avenues
    • Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales / BA team
    • Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients
    • Managing performance of team members assigned
    Additional Roles:
    • Complying company s processes and documentation standards for sales
    • Assist in creating marketing campaigns and attend expos / events
    • Coaching team members
    • Helping HR team in building sales team
    • Being brand ambassador of company
    • Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delight
    Reports Expected:
    • Managing CRM of company
    • Sales report for Self Team performance
    Key Performance Indicator
    • Team Sales Target (including own)
    • Client Satisfaction / Retention in sync with Delivery Head (COO)
    • Timely Payment from accounts managed
    • Client Testimonials Partnerships for repeat business
