Job Description

Looking for an ambitious and energetic BusinessDevelopment Manager to help us expand our clienteleGoal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

  • Promote the companys services by addressing or predicting the clients objectives
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Target driven, meeting KPI objectives in revenue and margin on a quarterly basis
  • Work with project managers in our Service Delivery team and follow up with customers to assure satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Growth Manager in company initiatives to drive businessdevelopment
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, ZohoCRM)
  • Proficiency in written as well as spoken English
  • Market knowledge of the translation industry would be a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with all kinds of people from various industries
