Job Description

    - B. Tech Mechanical / production with 2-3 years experience in lubricant or chemical industry-Prepare Business Budgets for the set of customers in the assigned territory-Develop strategies and tactics to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target-Identify potential business opportunities through rigorous lead generation efforts-Plan and ensure customers in the territory are visited on a regular basis-Demonstrate product capabilities to potential clients through use of presentations, case studies and other marketing collaterals-Uncover customer pain areas and real needs with respect to the application and propose an effective solution-Participate in the client meetings to explore possibilities of cross-sell & Up-sell opportunities-Conduct market research and recommend suitable customers to the management for business requirements-Participate in seminars & exhibitions to identify potential Business opportunities. Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities-Meet key potential customers to promote products for achieving sales growth-Ensure Quotations & POs are released on time. Co-ordinate with CRM in case of any gaps and further changes as per client requirments if any-Prepare and execute a Marketing plan with various customer segments in your respective territory for communicating effectively the company profile, Products and achieve business objectives-Ensure effective implementation of planned marketing activities-Attend events /exhibitions / seminars/ webinars from time to time-Provide inputs to the National Sales Head and Management for designing marketing activities and updating marketing collaterals from time to time
