Job Description

    About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professional with strong experience in International Trade, Debt Syndication, or Trade Finance to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring and managing Export-Import clients and building strategic relationships.Key Responsibilities
    • Identify, acquire, and manage Export-Import clients for Trade Finance and Debt Syndication solutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
    • Drive revenue through cross-selling and up-selling of financial products and services.
    • Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities in the international trade segment.
    • Negotiate deals and close transactions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Travel extensively to Metro cities to meet clients and expand the business network.
    Requirements Experience: 2 years in Business Development, preferably in International Trade, Debt Syndication, Trade Finance, or as an Ex-Banker. Preference: Candidates with prior experience in ICRA, CRISIL, CARE, Brickworks, or other reputed Rating Agencies will be given strong preference. Deep knowledge of Export-Import (EXIM) business and existing connections with EXIM clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with high energy and self-motivation.
