Job Purpose To lead and be accountable for entire team of Cabin crew and their performance. Key Accountabilities 1.When on board a flight for the purpose of duty is responsible to the PIC for passenger safety. Cabin crew on board is required to ensure passenger safety by preventing and maintaining adverse situation and to provide guidance to all passengers during an emergency. 2.Shall also undergo a recurrent training program annually, also responsible for maintaining high quality of service to the passengers. 3.Shall participate actively in crew briefing/debriefings, Conducting pre-flight checks, Assist in passenger emplaning and deplaning, secure cabin for take-off and landing. 4.Participate in emergency procedures and evacuations if necessary, Complete incident reports when needed, Carry out any other duties required by the crew or the PIC. 5.Communicate any on board safety concern they may have or that may be communicated to them by a passenger to the PIC. 6.Ensure that appearance whilst in uniform, approach to passenger, and adherence to regulatory requirements of DGCA, procedures and policies and performance of work is in accordance with the company standards. 7.Coordinate with external agencies for timely supply of food and beverages and maintaining adequate stock for all the flights. 8.Ensuring the quality and quantity of the supplies through proper quality checks and audits carried out on regular basis. 9.Ensure that proper cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the inside of the aircraft. 10.Ensure that adequate supplies are maintained at all times for the entertainment of the passengers during flight. 11.Ensure that the baggage and other items of the passengers are properly stored and secured EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor of Arts/or Equivalent Graduation Course 2. Course in Cabin Crew Operations 3. Course in Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP) Trainings & Certifications: 1. ICAO/DGCA Five-day course in SMS 2. DGCA Approved Course in SEP 3. DGCA Approved Course in Cabin Crew Operations 4. DGCA approved Course in Human Factors RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 1. Senior Cabin Crew Position with an Existing Airline. 2. Should have experience as a Purser. 3. Should have experience of working in Corporate Aviation. ,
