To look after the primary and secondary sales and increase the penetration in the market. To insure the achieement of sales targets. To insure extensie coverage by travelling in the allotted area. To personally isit the retailers and distributors & handle the distribution effectively. Distribution System To identify the high potential distributors by analyzing the financial stability , market reputation , market coerage and infrastructure.To Co - ordinate distribution arrangement and facilitate more number of rotations through distributors.To ensure prompt execution of orders booked from each distributor.To help distributors to liquidate stock up articles / size.To coney distributor s order to sales manager.Merchandising To ensure display of new samples and coney the prices to new distributers & retailers.To ensure isibility of product placed at retailer counters.Market Intelligence To understand competitor s sales strategy. To inform competitors actiities to management immediately. To collect the market feedback about the competitor s products and coney the same to sales managers. Business Development To understand the untapped market and analyze the market segment. To increase the retail base in order to coer the gap in the market. Reporting To prepare Daily Sales Report and submit the market information on daily basis.
