To personally isit the retailers and distributors & handle the distribution effectively. Distribution System To identify the high potential distributors by analyzing the financial stability , market reputation , market coerage and infrastructure.To Co - ordinate distribution arrangement and facilitate more number of rotations through distributors.To ensure prompt execution of orders booked from each distributor.To help distributors to liquidate stock up articles / size.To coney distributor s order to sales manager.Merchandising To ensure display of new samples and coney the prices to new distributers & retailers.To ensure isibility of product placed at retailer counters.Market Intelligence To understand competitor s sales strategy. To inform competitors actiities to management immediately. To collect the market feedback about the competitor s products and coney the same to sales managers.
