Job Description

    Job Title: Casa Sales Officer - AhmedabadRole & Responsibilities: The Casa Sales Officer is a vital part of the front-line sales team at the bank, playing an essential role in driving new customer acquisition and product sales. This is a field-based position requiring significant local travel within the assigned area.Key responsibilities include:
    • Sales of Bank and Third-Party Products: Drive the sales of a range of banking products, such as:
      • Savings Accounts
      • Current Accounts
      • Term Deposits
      • Debit/Credit Cards
      • Payment Gateway Products
      • Life & General Insurance
      • Mutual Funds
      • Retail Assets
      • Online Trading
    • Market/Customer Mapping: Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs in the assigned territory.
    • Daily Customer Interaction: Regularly meet with new customers, building relationships and understanding their banking requirements.
    • Cross-selling & Upselling: Re-engage existing customers to introduce additional products and services, enhancing customer value and driving sales growth.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets established by the organization.
    • Compliance & Certifications: Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, and other legislative requirements. Complete required certifications (AMFI, EUIN, etc.) and necessary learning programs.
    • CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the banks CRM system, ensuring adherence to compliance and reporting guidelines.
    • Participation in Initiatives: Be actively involved in bank-led initiatives, marketing campaigns, and events.
    Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • Sales Skills: Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting targets. Skilled in relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasion.
    • New Customer Acquisition: Proven ability to acquire new customers, particularly high-net-worth individuals, and expand the customer base.
    • Business Development: Develop long-lasting relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and increase product sales.
    • Compliance Adherence: Strong understanding and adherence to legal, regulatory, and KYC compliance.
    Desired Skills:
    • Sales Orientation: A high drive for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
    • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience: Previous sales experience in banking, insurance, or financial products is preferred.
    • Certifications: AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India), EUIN (Employee Unique Identification Number), or the willingness to obtain them.
