Job Description

    Designation: Channel Sales Manager/HeadLocation: AhmedabadMajor Responsibilities/Activities:1. Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives. 2. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. 4. Actively prospecting and acquiring new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. 5. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the companys products or services. 6. Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvement. 7. Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer. 8. Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management. 9. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. 10. Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and expand the customer base.Qualifications: 1. Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, BSC (Chemistry) and Proficiency with Word and Excel 2. 5 years of Sales related experience in Filtration Industry / Chemical Industry 3. Successful previous experience as a regional sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets4. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences 5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 7. Strong business sense and industry expertise 8. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
