Maintain customer relationships.Behavioral Responsibilities:1. Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.2. Driving business targets through insurance advisors.3. Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.4.Groom advisors for the next level of partnership.5. Preparing strategy and achieving targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Few Pointers:1. Any field sales experience can be considered. BFSI experience is something we prefer.2. Candidates with Pharma experience will also be considered.3. Fair knowledge of Insurance.4. No bars to incentives(2.50 LPA incentives, 34K local allowance, 5K Mobile allowances all are quarterly )5.Age should not be more than 29 Years.6.
