Job Description

    Theyperform routine daily testing and inspections of lab equipment and materials. They ensure compliance with all applicable federal standards and regulations, along with adherence to internal quality guidelines and protocol. They also provide a range of support services and assist lab technicians and other staff.Job descriptionTo achieve high accuracy of results by proper maintenance of lab equipment s/ chemicals /solutions in the lab.To carry out inspections/tests/monitoring of raw material, processing of Granulation/Activation/Finished ProductScreening and Packing/Dispatches or as required by the management.To liaise with the production Staff /stores /dispatch to make sure the required samples are arranged to perform the required tests.To efficiently and skillfully handle situations in co-ordination with the other departments in matter relating to discrepancies,conflicts and doubtful conditions in the processes, products and employee related issues.To support the Head-QC/QA to ensure the quality objectives are achieved on time, whenever identified for your activities.To maintain lab records updated and to maintain the controlled/statutory records in good condition till their identified retention periodsTo maintain a safe high standard of House Keeping in your work area.To abide by the Policies of the company at all times and make sure utmost secrecy is maintained relating to all business activities of this company.To deliver all your responsibilities as above and other responsibilities mentioned in the Procedure ReferenceManuals/Standard Operating Procedures/ work instructions/guidelines and any other systems developed by the companyin the future as well.You will report to Head-QC/QA.IMS RolesTo ensure that no health hazards and environmental aspects going beyond control.To ensure proper utilization of the available resource without wasting
