Job Description

Position Title : Chief Architect - General Manager Total Exp. Required : 15 -20 Yrs CTC : 25 - 30 LPA Qualification : Bachelors of Architecture/Masters of Architecture Team Size to Handle : 3 members Reporting to : Head Business Development & Product Development Job Location : Ahmedabad

  • Creativity and imagination - Must have great imagination and creative flair.
  • Value Engineered Design - A good understanding of value engineered designs.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail - The ability to focus on the small details is essential. Need this skill to make sure everything fits together to create attractive yet cost effective design.
  • Analysis - Need to be able to analyze all of the risks and dependencies of a project.
  • Planning and time management - Successful building projects must be carefully planned from start to finish. This is to make sure the site gets the design they want, within the agreed budget and length of time.
  • Leadership and teamwork - He must be able to lead that team and work well with other people.
  • Mathematics and logic - Good math skills are needed to work out exact measurements when designing buildings. Architects need to think carefully about whether their designs are practical / optimum.
  • Design and drawing - Able to communicate creative ideas to out sourced Architects / Subordinates / Engineers. Design presentation and good drawing skills.
  • Communication and negotiation - It is part of an architects job to identify negotiate project / Material costs.
  • Computing - Use of computer-aided design software to create architectural drawings. Excel, sketch-up and other design software.
