Job Description

    We are currently hiring for CEO/Plant Head post in Ahmedabad.Company Profile:Our client isspecialized in manufacturing high-quality PET and PP preform moulds, blow moulds, ISBM Moulds, and Extrusion Blow Moulds. With over 7 years of experience.Designation: CEO/Plant Head (JIS100282)Location: AhmedabadExperience Range: 10.0 To 15.0 yrsSalary Range: - 12.00 To 18.00 LPAJob Profile:Technical expert in Injection moulds (Preform and Jar moulds, Caps and Clousers moulds, ISBM moulds and IBM moulds) and other types of specialized moulds whenever opportunities arise.- Ability to Manage- Sales- Manufacturing- Service & Support- Lead team of 50 Nos Managers & Engineers and Workmen for the manufacturing of Plastics molds.- Review of parts (Material, Design, Process)- Stage wise process design for injection molding process (PFD) Process Flow Diagramed.- Manufacturing lead time and cost estimation for injection molds.- Prepare Quality plan for product development (PFMEA),- Approval of injection mold design (back up calculations to meet the part dimensions, mold construction, molding machine selection.)- Manufacturing of tool / fixture / inspection gauge (Approval)- Track the project progress for mold development (Management).- Part optimization planning and detailed review.- Continual improvements in processes to improve upon Quality, cost & delivery.- Manage CNC Shop, Conventional Machine Shop, and CAM Section efficiently and effectively- Conduct reviews within the team to achieve daily production targets,- Achieving a high level of OEE on all primary machines- Control cost of consumables within budget.- Establish SOPs, Work Instructions, and processes in line with IATF standards.-Implement highest levels of Safety in the shop.- Participate in Design review to seek changes that improve manufacturability, enhance quality and reduce cost.- Explore and implement technological solutions aimed the improving shop performance.*Working Hours/ Office Timings:09 AM- 7 PM(Monday to Saturday)
