Job Description

    Profile -Chief executive officerLocation - Africa ( Congo )Experience - 20 to 25 Year ( Construction )Salary - 3 Lac to 5 Lac Per Month Food, Accommodation, Transport, MedicalResponsibility
    • Strong Leadership Skills
    • Experience with P&L and forecasting.
    • A strong background in Project Management.
    • An elevated level of performance in project budgeting, scheduling, risk management and construction and subcontractor monitoring and oversight.
    • In-depth knowledge of oil field construction principles/practices.
    • Ability to lead and develop direct reports and maintain relationships with external entities in a respectful manner.
    • Ability to respectfully hold others accountable.
    • Execute great follow-up skills internal and external.
    • Ability to monitor daily reports, employee timecards, and make sure Invoices are approved in a timely manner.
    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelors Degree required, in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA PM Preferred.
    • 20-25 years or more years of progressive construction management experience required, with the ability to manage all levels of construction projects and teams effectively and efficiently.
