Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support CI/CD tools integration/ operations/ change management , and maintenance.

Follow standards and guidelines for all SDLC processes while working with both developers and engineers.

Knowledge of JIRA , Jenkins , VSTS , Git

Knowledge of Job scheduling is preferred.

Complete overnight deploys based on scheduled changes.

Knowledge of Incident , Service Request , and Change management.

Strong communication skills

Take ownership of reported issues and escalate to overnight team when needed.

Desired Candidate:

5 years relevant work experience

Strong fundamental knowledge of supporting technologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must work well in a high- pressure environment and keep cool under stress.
