Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and requests. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.- Provide product information and demonstrations to clients as needed.- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation of our products or services.- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement.- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 1 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Proficient in using MS Office applications.- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Salary: Negotiable up to 3.60 L per annum for the right candidateOffice Timing: 10 AM to 7.30 PMWeek off on 1st and 3rd Saturday and all Sunday.Work Fromoffice only.If you are passionate about providing exceptional client service, possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
