Keep records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of tasks/ jobs, client escalations, and comments, as well as actions taken. Coordinating and making detailed proposals. Refer unresolved client grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on clients requests. Identify and assess clients needs at the beginning and throughout the project. Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the team and clients. Scope out work for new website inquiries and annual maintenance contracts. Make sure all the client data is properly backed up for future reference. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage with existing and sleeping clients.,
