JobDescription : Segment - Corporate Role Client Relations Specialist Location Ahmedabad Grade 08A The Team Client Relations (CR) is responsible for handling inbound queries received via email and phone, resolving them or triaging to the appropriate department. The team is the first point of contact for both internal and external clients and as such needs to ensure that providing exceptional customer service is their top priority. Responsibilities Client Relations Specialist would be responsible for * Answering and resolving queries received via emails & phone calls from both internal and external clients. * Triaging queries that cannot be resolved by the CR team to the appropriate department. * Liaising with Sales Representatives and Account Managers, as and when required. * Ensure that requests are handled within agreed TAT & escalations are coordinated with the senior team members. Required Skills: 1. Graduate/ Post Graduate in any background. 2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. 3. Strong research skills are critical. 4. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask in a highly complex, fast-paced environment. 6. Strong organizational skills required to prioritize work and meet established deadlines. 7. Commitment to excellent customer service
