Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the collection operations for a cluster of brancheswithin Ahmedabad. Develop strategies to optimize the collection process, reduce delinquency,and improve recovery rates. Lead, mentor, and train collection teams across various branches to meettheir collection targets. Monitor and analyze collections data, identify trends, and take correctiveactions where necessary. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies inthe collection process. Work closely with the legal team for handling recovery cases and legalescalations. Foster positive relationships with customers, resolving disputes andaddressing grievances to ensure smooth collection processes. Prepare and present detailed collection reports and performance metrics tosenior management. Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize defaults and improve loanrecovery.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in amanagerial role overseeing multiple branches or clusters. Strong understanding of loan recovery processes, legal frameworks, andcollection techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to handle complex and escalated collection cases effectively. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and financial software tools. Ability to manage large teams across multiple locations and ensureperformance alignment.
