Job Description

    Job Title: CMM Operator (Hexagon CMM Scanning Machine) Location: Sanand Contract Duration: 6 months (Third Party Contract) Shift: Rotational Shifts Experience: 1 to 2 years CTC: As per industry standards
    • Operate Hexagon CMM Scanning Machine to perform accurate measurements.
    • Perform regular calibration and maintenance checks on the CMM machine.
    • Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure correct measurement parameters.
    • Measure and inspect parts or components as per company requirements and quality standards.
    • Perform routine checks, ensure machines are in optimal working condition, and troubleshoot when necessary.
    • Document measurement results and maintain records for quality control purposes.
    • Work in a team-oriented environment and communicate findings with supervisors.
    • Follow safety and operational protocols while using the equipment.
    Requirements:
    • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in operating CMM machines (preferably Hexagon CMM scanning machines).
    • Skills: Familiarity with CMM software, measurement techniques, and quality control processes.
    • Education: ITI
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
