Job Title- CMS Implementation &Support Engineer Location: Ahmedabad /Surat Responsibility/ Role-Handle and solve client queries related to Cash management transactions, Fund Transfer and NEFT/RTGS.Technically support Banking software and Applications Handle implementation and installation of banking Software Visit corporate clients office to solve their queries Provide training of Bank Online Portal to the Corporateclient Interacting with the clients and resolving all the queries, complaints regarding online banking portal Providing solution related to UPI, Net Banking, debit and credit card related transactions queries Integration support for Host to Host (H2H) integration with clients servers. Handling the API Testing/ integration for the clients.ExperienceMust have sound Banking knowledge Have a basic knowledge of APIs and API gateways Have a basic understanding of web applications and technology stacks.Have a basic knowledge of API sanity testing Understand how JIRA works.Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Client servicing Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills Qualification- BTech, MCA/BCA, Graduate
