Formulation and implementation of SOP and commercial policies in line with company strategy Leading the commercial teams to deliver their key responsibilities. Co- ordination between Sales and Accounts teams at region and HO for commercial activities Ensuring sales staff and distributor compliance with company commercial policies and SOPs Handling commercial activities at HO (including tracking distributor outstanding, payments & deposits, Statutory requirements ) Ensuring proper authentication of various contracts and agreements with distributors and service providors.
