Job Description

    As a Computer Operator cum Back Office, you will be responsible for efficiently managing computer systems and networks while also supporting back-office operations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and administrative skills to ensure the smooth functioning of both computer-related tasks and general office activities.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Computer Operations:
      • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and associated hardware and software.
      • Respond promptly to system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
    2. Job Scheduling and Batch Processing:
      • Schedule and monitor batch jobs, ensuring timely execution and completion.
      • Manage job queues and prioritize tasks to optimize system performance.
    3. Data Entry and Processing:
      • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
      • Process and manage data in accordance with established procedures.
    4. Documentation:
      • Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and incidents.
      • Document and update procedures for both computer operations and back-office tasks.
    5. Office Administration:
      • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies.
      • Assist in coordinating office activities and events.
    6. Communication:
      • Liaise with internal teams, IT support, and external vendors as needed.
      • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
    7. User Support:
      • Provide basic technical support to end-users.
      • Assist with user-related issues and escalate problems when necessary.
    8. Report Generation:
      • Generate and analyze reports related to system performance and back-office activities.
      • Provide regular updates to management on operational and administrative matters.
