Job Description

Our brand Sophos Technology is rapidly growing and its time to add to our Supply Chain Team! We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Analyst who fits with our company culture and is excited to learn Supply chain process as well as trade compliance every day!Essential Functions

  • To collect, compile and store the export/import documentation as per guidance from Export compliance group and make them ready for due regulatory audits
  • Need to collect all Logistic documents like (POD, AWB, Delivery notes, CI, PL)
  • Need to create the Entry pack after compiling the required docs
  • Accurate data entry between multiple operating systems and reports.
  • Perform the Documentation project or duties as assigned.
  • Performing other administrative functions as directed by Manager
QualificationsPre-University or bachelors degree in any streamRequirements:
  • Nature of Work: Documents collection and compiling of Export/Import docs
  • Work Time: 6 days of the week
  • Shift Time: India shift, UK Shift ( candidate can opt any shift . No shift allowance will be given)
  • Communication: Should have English communication & quick learner of process
  • Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
  • Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Excel) & Adobe PDF
