Job Description

Dear Candidate,We have this job opening is with one of the Indias top KPO based at Ahmedabad, Gujrat.Salary : upto 55kDescription :

  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Must have experience in coaching/providing training in UK/US accounting/BK
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor Trainees performance and Design effective training programs.
  • Proven experience as corporate trainer in international accounting-UK/US.
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
  • Willingness to keep update of new techniques in corporate teaching.
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint);cloud software-QB/XERO software in as asset.
  • Phenomenal communication,presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities. Note-
  • If the person does not have any International Accounting experience but has management accounting in past will also do.
  • If someone is having good work experience in Training with management accounting skills, then budget is not constraint.
  • Qualified accountants with no training or other experience will go up to 45,000.(Fresh Chartered Accountants)
  • Accounting experience of 2 to 3 years will get 20 to 30 percent hike on their salary.(Dont exceed above 55 K)
