Responsible for end to end loan processing, from initial receipt of loan application to credit approval stage within TAT parameters. KYC check of Loan application and supporting documents as per Policy. Login of the LAP and Home- Loan files which includes system entry in Salesforce software, initiation of Legal /Technical and Field Verification & RCU. Credit Check in CIBIL and other records. Preparation of credit appraisal memo to facilitate credit managers in reviewing loan applications. Preparing of CAM for analysis purpose which includes inserting financials in Excel, plotting the banking and tracking repayment of loans. Check the Legal and technical Report and which document req as per lawyer at the time disbursement . Handling Entire Disbursement Activities Check the Disbursement Document. Person who used to login/disburse and do basic work like punching financials and banking. ,
