Job Description 1. Researching ECE topics (combining online sources and studies). 2. Content development for worksheets and other academic activities. 3. Preparing well- structured lesson plans of the activities short listed. 4. To develop curriculum for various levels in SAC and upgrade them time to time. 5. Manage multiple program development projects simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines. 6. To help develop content, instruction, and methodology for training team members. 7. Help in formulating training programs for caregivers and support staff training for SAC.To help develop content, instruction, and methodology for training team members. 8. Taking training sessions for caregivers and support staff of the existing and upcoming SAC facilities. 9. Any other Curriculum and Training related task as and when given by the higher management. 10. Co- ordination with other content developers regarding their lesson plans and ensuring that the project deadlines are met. 11. Ensure that problems within team and pertaining to product are addressed, escalated, and resolved quickly. 12. Maintaining daily task completed by content developers. 13. Execute internal processes of documentation. 14. Execute internal communication process within the team. 15. Center visits to various SAC centers as and when allocated for quality check, internal audit, training, and set- up purposes.,
