Roles and Responsibilities Sole responsibility of targets basis allocated baseon:I. Renewal collection and persistency targetsthrough customer calling or physical visitsto customer residences with priorappointmentII. Ensure maintenance and sharing of dailycustomers trackers and conversionthereof, including review with Manager-CollectionsIII. Convince customers and get renewalpremium and policy continuation tocontinue insurance and giving retentiontools like mode change/Partialwithdrawal/PUA surrender/Loan etc.IV. Timely depositing the cheque at thenearest MLI branch/ bank branch within 24hours of the cheque collectionV. Effectively handling customer escalations,100% resolution of customer queries &concerns including tracking of servicerequests raised, providing clarity torequired customers on special revivalscheme, change in term, short premiumbucket to resolve financial constraint andretain customersVI. Ensuring follow up on critical document likeHealth Declaration Form / teleunderwriting/home visits medical/ ECSMandate/ complaint letters on silent griefand obtaining new contact details gettingupdate through branch operations,
