Job Description

    Job DescriptionWere looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team!Key Responsibilities:
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with existing and potential customers about our products and how theyre used in different stages of surgical procedures.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
    • Collect field-level data and share insights as needed.
    • Understand customer needs, conduct effective sales calls, and achieve territory sales targets.
    • Support market development initiatives under the guidance of the companys account manager.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient distribution management.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (B.Tech/B.E, B.Sc, or B.Pharma any specialization preferred).
    Experience
    • 23 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or surgical industry.
    Skills RequiredMust-Have:
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Excellent communication and selling skills
    • Strong relationship-building abilities
    Good to Have:
    • Basic internet knowledge
    • Comfortable working in an Operating Theatre environment
    • Familiarity with the healthcare business
    • Willingness to learn clinical aspects of products and their surgical applications
