People willing to learn new skills and who are not tied to any one language, but who have developed their skills sufficiently to accept any challenge. People who are willing to take ownership, take responsibility and perform in a first-class way.

  • Telco, specially Wireline preferred- but certainly not a rejection criteria
  • Should have handled existing relationship- with Large, Named groups/ Logos. Check details from candidate (revenue size, A/C, nature of group++)
  • Should be well versed and updated with new practices of managing customer life cycle- account management, collection, service reviews. Check by posing scenario and candidates answer
  • Growth mindset- Check candidate by posing some case scenario and response given by candidate (expectation from customers business handled by candidate, How can the company value add to their business, what and how did candidate do this as example)
  • Customer centric, Courageous, Going out of the box for customer Satisfaction- Check candidate by posing some trouble/ complex case scenario and response given by candidate
  • Solution approach- Check candidate by posing some trouble/ complex case scenario and response given by candidate
  • Should be able to manage C-Suit interactions- Check ability by posing some case scenario and response given by candidate
