Role : Cyber Security Engineer Ahmedabad Experience : 2-5 years Qualifications: Candidate with good experience in Experience in operations, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Proxies and DLP in Corporate Environment Should have good understanding with hands on experience and hands on various Proxy and DLP and email Experience in handling/updating Helpdesk Management tools Handling/Preparing Excel based reports Desirable Skills : Certification/Conceptual knowledge in Proxy/DLP/ Email Good architectural, conceptual, functional and technical skills. Mandatory Experience : Experience in Bluecoat proxy Responsibilities: Resolve issues of Proxy, DLP and Email Solution for customers. Ability to provide Tier 2 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in customer environment Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between customer and OEM Ensure quality work - review and validate the technical configuration changes and provide consultative ideas Good presentation skills to communicate status and recommendations in clear, concise language for technical and non-technical audiences. Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are in line with customer requirements To maintain a lab environment for training, testing of new services and support of customers. ,
